These terms are an agreement between you and Smartify7, which runs SadhanaPath, a tuition-cum-digital school based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("SadhanaPath", "we", "us"). They cover the website sadhanapath.online, the web app at app.sadhanapath.online, the SadhanaPath Android app, and our online and home tuition (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use SadhanaPath
The Service is for school and intermediate students and their parents. If a student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on the student's behalf and is responsible for the student's use of the Service. Teachers and schools who use SadhanaPath with their students agree to these terms too.
2. Accounts and verification
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
- Each account is for one student. Don't share your password or let anyone else use your account.
- New accounts are checked by a SadhanaPath teacher, by phone or WhatsApp, before study content is unlocked. We may decline or close an account we can't verify.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
3. What we provide
SadhanaPath offers chapter-wise notes, practice and test series, AI subject tutors supervised by teachers, weekly and monthly progress reports, live classes, online tuition and home tuition in Hyderabad. We keep improving the Service, so features, schedules and syllabus coverage may change. If we remove something you have paid for, we will offer a fair alternative or a pro-rata refund.
We work hard to help every student improve, but results depend on each student's effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee particular marks, ranks or exam results.
4. AI tutors
Our AI tutors explain concepts, grade answers and suggest practice. They are supervised by real teachers, but AI can still make mistakes. Treat AI explanations as study help, not as final authority, and ask your teacher if something looks wrong. You can ask a teacher to re-check any AI grade.
5. Home and online tuition
- Class timings, the tutor and the place of home tuition are agreed with the parent before classes start.
- For home tuition, a parent or responsible adult should be at home during the class.
- If you are unhappy with a tutor, tell us and we will arrange a change at no extra cost.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a class.
6. Fees and refunds
- Current fees are shown on our Fees page or agreed with you in writing before classes start.
- Fees are paid in advance for the period you choose (monthly or quarterly).
- The free demo class has no charge and no obligation.
- If you stop within the first 7 days of a new paid period, we refund the unused part of that period. After that, fees for the current period are not refundable, but you can stop before the next period starts.
7. Acceptable use
To keep SadhanaPath safe and fair for every student, you agree not to:
- use someone else's account, or pretend to be someone else;
- copy, sell, publish or share our notes, questions, tests, videos or reports outside your own studies;
- harass, bully or send inappropriate messages to students, tutors or staff;
- try to access other students' data, attack or overload the Service, or get around its security;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it's fair to, we will warn you first.
8. Our content and yours
Our notes, figures, questions, tests, videos, reports, software and the SadhanaPath name and logo belong to SadhanaPath or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning while your account is active.
Your answers, uploads and messages stay yours. You allow us to store and use them to provide the Service, prepare your reports and improve our lessons, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. To the extent the law allows, SadhanaPath is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using SadhanaPath and ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may close accounts as described in sections 2 and 7. Sections 6, 8, 9 and 11 continue to apply after an account is closed.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. Any dispute we cannot resolve will be handled by the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by message before any important change takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated terms.
